Welcome from Principal Fuentes

Welcome to Edison Elementary School, home of the Edison Bees! I am honored to serve as principal for the 2025-2026 school year.

This year marks a new chapter in the history of our school as we transition to a Kindergarten through 4th-grade campus. This change allows us to focus even more deeply on developmentally appropriate learning experiences for all our young learners.

As we begin this exciting school year, we look forward to bringing new life to our campus through our school garden, one of many ways we take learning beyond the classroom. We are also proud to continue offering our students a well-rounded education that includes art, physical education, and music.

At Edison, we believe that all students are capable of success—no exceptions. This year, we will continue to encourage our students to dream big while helping them understand the effort and determination needed to achieve their goals.

We know that we cannot do this work alone. Our families, community partners, and staff will continue working together to support every child’s growth and success. It truly takes a village, and together, we can accomplish great things.

I look forward to strengthening our relationships with our current families and welcoming our new families to the Edison community.
